The LCL Business Class (BC) is a 1-year experience programme for motivated students in Havo-4 with the business economy in their profile. Students can apply via a letter of application and a job interview. The selection will then be based on established criteria. The program consists of a theoretical orientation part with a series of excursions, guest lectures and workshops by external professionals. In addition, there is a practical entrepreneurial part in which pupils set up a group enterprise. They are responsible for the total company, so they decide which product to sell, but also the marketing, financing and administration is in their own hands. In the process students develop skills such as entrepreneurial thinking, presenting, working together and (self) reflecting. Students are rewarded with the official LCL Business Class certificate at the end of grade 4. Moreover, by completing this module successfully they have met their profile piece Havo (study load 80 hours).
