Seeking and getting better
You can report your child's illness directly to Magister. This can be done via both the App and Magister Web. You can report for the same day or the next day, indicating when you think your child will be better again. If your child is fit and will come to school, we ask you to report this in Magister. You can also do this for the same or the next day.
Report absent
If your child has a medical appointment, such as a visit to the dentist, orthodontist, general practitioner or medical specialist, you can also indicate this in Magister. You indicate the date and time when your child will be absent.
Other leave (e.g. for driving exams, for orientation to study and occupation or due to special circumstances) apply for leave form available on the Parents and Pupils website, Documents and Forms, Forms, Leave application student. Students can also find this form on LCL Home.
Sick notification during a school day
If a student feels sick during school day and wants to go home, contact will always take place at home before we let your child go home. We would therefore ask you to inform us that the student has come home safely, so that we do not have to worry unnecessarily.
