Video recordings for training purposes
Due to the growing shortage of teachers, there is a social interest to ensure sufficient growth of new teachers. The Lorentz Casimir Lyceum likewise feels responsible for the joint training of new teachers. Since 2023, the LCL has therefore become an official training school and part of the TRION partnership (a partnership between teacher training and internships). Video recordings of class situations and reflecting on them by the student is an important part of training. A lesson may therefore be taken by a student or supervisor. The camera will then be clearly visible in the room and will be communicated to the students in advance. These recordings are only used for internal coaching. After discussing the video recording the recording will be deleted. The Lorentz Casimir Lyceum works within the framework of GDPR legislation.
