Parental contribution

The Lorentz Casimir Lyceum asks the parent(s)/caregiver(s) of the students for a voluntary parental contribution in order to fund activities and facilities that are not paid for by the government, but are considered by the school as an important addition to our education.

The table below shows the amounts of the voluntary parental contribution:

€ 30,00

General matters: extracurricular activities (cultural, sports, olympiads), insurance, media library, parent committee, student council

€ 40,00

€ 70,00

Yearbook contribution (H5 and V6 only).

€ 18,00

Locker rental per year

€ 10,00

Foreign travel variable

Introduction days bridge class

€ 65,00

Foreign travel

For (foreign) trips, parents are asked for a voluntary contribution in order to organize these trips to cover costs. If insufficient parents pay this voluntary contribution, the school may choose not to allow the trips to take place.

Examination fees enhanced language education

Examination fees for enhanced language instruction Cambridge and DELF Scolaire do result in a mandatory contribution by parent(s)/caregiver(s) upon participation. The student can choose to participate. The examination fees are remitted by the school to the institute administering the exams.

Invoicing of the voluntary parental contribution is done through the digital billing system WisCollect in October. All other activities (such as locker rental, trips abroad, the bridge camp, et cetera) are billed separately through WisCollect.
