Lorentz Casimir Lyceum is distinguished by the strong character of the school. Our culture is open and engaged. The small-scale format ensures that you are seen. The teachers know their students by name and keep an eye out for who you are. Moreover, the school recently moved to a beautiful new building on the outskirts of Eindhoven. This modern and sustainable learning environment fully meets the educational needs of today and tomorrow. Future-oriented education: more than just subjects

At the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum, havo and vwo education is more than following subjects and passing tests. The school looks at the world around us and actively responds to changes in technology, science and knowledge institutions in the region. As a result, innovation and hands-on learning come together in education.

Starting in the bridge class, you will work on skills you need in the 21st century: collaboration, presentation, critical thinking and research. You will receive personal guidance that goes beyond the class schedule. Each student has a mentor who helps you plan, learn and cope with challenges. We pay a lot of attention to study skills, but also to your well-being. Are you feeling down or not sure which course you want to choose? Then there is always someone there for you.

You will receive personal guidance from a mentor and teachers. They will help you transition to high school and make sure you feel at home in the classroom quickly.
If it turns out that you need more or less challenge, there is often room to move up or down. A havo/vwo bridge class gives you the opportunity to discover which level suits you best.
You have space to play sports and participate in cultural activities. The school values relaxation and development in multiple areas, so there are sports fields and creative workshops.
Since 2024 we are in a brand new building, in the middle of the green. It is sustainable, modern and fully equipped: a science lab, various studios and subject areas, open workplaces and a view of the park everywhere.
LCL Active is an afternoon of sports and games where you may also join all bridge class subjects. The afternoon is especially for all grade 7 students. You can come together with your friends and family. Enjoy an afternoon of super fun activities together and ask all the questions you have!
