Reporting sick and getting better
You can report your child's illness directly in Magister. This can be done through the App as well as through Magister Web. You can make the report for the same day or the next day, indicating when you think your child will be better again.
If your child is fit again and will come to school, we ask you to indicate this in Magister as well. You can also do this for the same or next day.
Reporting absent
If your child has a medical appointment, such as a visit to the dentist, orthodontist, family doctor or medical specialist, please also indicate this in Magister. You will include the date and time your child will be absent.
Other leave requests can be made through the leave forms found on the website under Parents and Students, Documents and Forms, Forms, Student Leave Request.
Reporting sick during a school day
If a student feels sick during the school day and wants to go home, contact with home will always take place before we let your child go home. We therefore ask that you take a moment to report that the student has arrived home safely so that we do not have to worry unnecessarily.
