Within the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum there is a code of conduct and integrity that describes, among other things, how we want to deal with each other and what our common values and standards are.

It can happen unexpectedly that a situation arises in which one does not feel heard or feels unjustly treated or treated.

When this happens, this may be indicated to the designated officials. If this does not resolve the situation, there is the possibility for pupils or parents to complain. The school has a complaints system that describes the procedure and method of handling a complaint. This complaint can be found on the website www.lcl.nl.
