In the interests of its students and staff, the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum opts for careful communication based on its vision. The Lorentz Casimir Lyceum's complaints procedure is part of this. The intention of the school is to handle complaints itself to the satisfaction of the student as much as possible.

If the school does not succeed in this despite various attempts, then management, parents, pupils and staff can appeal to the national complaints committee of the GCBO (Geschillencommissie Bijzondere Onderwijs).
