Within the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum there is a 'Code of Conduct and Integrity' which describes, among other things, how we want to deal with each other and what our common values and standards are.
It may unexpectedly happen that a situation arises where one feels unheard or feels unjustly treated or treated.
When this happens, it can be reported to the designated officials. Should this not resolve the situation, there is the possibility for students or parents to file a complaint. The school has a complaints procedure that describes the procedure and method by which a complaint can be filed and dealt with. This complaints procedure can be found on the website www.lcl.nl.
