Former students of the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum can request school documents using the form below. Diplomas and numbers are awarded once and are not renewed. From a diploma or list of grades you can request an official extract via mijnduo.nl. These are digital extracts in pdf with a certificate (certified copy). This certificate proves that the document is real and has been issued by DUO. You can also request a translation of your diploma in English via mijnduo.nl. There are no costs involved. If you have lost a report and would like to receive a new one, we can make another report for you. The cost of making a report is € 25.00 (to be paid in advance). We aim to deal with requests within two working days (except school holidays).
