There are also fun extra activities for the sports enthusiasts among us. We have a beautiful artificial turf field, allowing for great training and for our students to give their best performance!

Should you prefer gaming, that too has been thought of! A LAN party is organized twice a year by a small group of enthusiastic gamers. On the evening, about 45 participants come together to play their favorite games on their own equipment. Thus PC games, console games and even retro games are played until midnight.

Every year the Lorentz Casimir Lyceum organizes Purple Friday with students on the second Friday in December. Purple Friday is important because it helps show that everyone is allowed to be themselves, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. At Lorentz Casimir Lyceum, we believe it is important for everyone to feel safe and accepted at school. On this day, many students and staff wear purple clothing and we raise the rainbow flag to show our support for LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer) youth. We also pay extra attention to this important issue during classes.
