In other cases than illness, leave may also be requested. The school is entitled to leave only in special circumstances. Additional holidays are expressly excluded from the special circumstances by the legislator.

If it is a multiday leave, it must have been applied for at least one week in advance to the annual leave coordinator. The free request for the theory and/or driving test for car, moped or scooter must be done at least one week in advance.
