On Saturday 25 January we opened with great enthusiasm the doors for pupils from the 7th and 8th and their parents and caregivers during a festive Open Day. What a great day it was! The atmosphere was good, with a stream of curious visitors, exciting activities and our brand new school building that was fully admired.

From the first moment there was a lively energy in the air. Our students took visitors on inspiring tours and proudly told them about their experiences at school. In the different classrooms, future students could experience how our education works in practice: from exciting experiments in sciencelab to challenging assignments during the physics quiz.

Besides the educational activities there was also room for relaxation and cosiness. Visitors enjoyed a delicious serving of poffers and a fresh cup of coffee at the barista, while talking to teachers and students. The photobooth recorded happy memories and the musical performances of our students provided an atmospheric atmosphere.

Our renewed green park around the school was also fully discovered. Here visitors could relax and experience how our school not only offers an inspiring learning environment, but also a place where students feel at home. We look back on this successful day with pride and want to thank everyone who was there and contributed to the fine atmosphere. Hopefully we'll see you at Lorentz Casimir Lyceum next year!
