Of course, counseling is continued in the early years by mentors who regularly speak to the students, monitor their results and, if necessary, contact the parents. The annual layer coordinator remains closely involved with the pupils. For students with dyslexia the dyslexia coach remains involved and students with a different mother tongue keep the possibility to get NT2 support.
In addition, it is possible for all years of learning to receive tutoring from a pupil in the superstructure for a small fee in any subject. Notifications are made through the media library.
Also for the higher learning years, individual guidance or guidance in small groups remains possible when it comes to planning and study skills, guidance in executive functions or social emotional problems. A team of professional student counselors will provide students with short-term support, if necessary.
When additional support is needed for a long time, an OPP (DevelopPerspectivePlan) is established. This describes the student's need for support and sets the objectives for guidance together with the pupil and parents. During the school year, the OPP is evaluated with the pupil and the parents and adjusted where necessary.
