Yield-oriented work

Topics for this chapter

The Lorentz Casimir Lyceum continuously strives to improve the quality of education. One of the instruments for achieving this goal is the cyclical method of yield-oriented work (OGW). With OGW, results achieved are structurally used as feedback on the educational process. Naturally, annual averages, SE and CE results form an important part of these results.

Each subject section analyzes its own yields annually and relates them to the various aspects of the educational process: subject content, didactics, testing, standardization and learning lines. Each section includes this analysis in the section plan. It then describes the approach to improve lessons and achieve optimal yields. The action plan is discussed regularly and adjusted again with the next analysis.

OGW contributes to a constant awareness of educational quality and encourages relentless efforts to improve it.
