Admission to the bridge class
Students can be admitted to the bridge class on the advice of the elementary school. To be admitted to the havo bridge class, at least a havo recommendation is required. With a havo/vwo recommendation, pupils can be admitted to the havo/vwo class. Pupils with at least a vwo recommendation may be admitted to the atheneum bridge class or the gymnasium bridge class. More- or highly gifted students may apply for the gymnasium bridge class and indicate interest in the gymnasium Plus class. A declaration of giftedness or an appropriate result on the IST (Intelligence Structure Test) is required for placement in the gymnasiumPlus class. Based on this information and the educational report from the elementary school, it will be assessed whether gymnasium or GymnasiumPlus is the most appropriate for the student.
